The Compact Bus Coupler BK7150 connects the CC-Link system to the electronic terminal blocks, which can be extended in modular fashion. One unit consists of the Bus Coupler, any number of up to 64 terminals and one end terminal. The K-bus extension technology allows the connection of up to 255 spatially distributed Bus Terminals to one Bus Coupler.
The KL1154 digital input terminal acquires the binary 24 V DC control signals from the process level and transmits them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. The Bus Terminal contains four channels that indicate its signal state by means of light emitting diodes.
The digital KL1362 input terminal analyzes the input signals of break-in sensors with the aid of a current loop. It enables safe monitoring of alarm contacts with fixed resistance ratio. In addition to the display of the switching state from the sensor, short circuit or open circuit is also detected. The LEDs display the signal states or any error states.
Special features: suitable for fast counting tasks with counting frequencies up to 100 kHz an up counter and a down counter, or two separate up or down counters
The KL1512 Bus Terminal is a 2-channel up or down counter and transports the counter value electrically isolated to the higher-level automation device.
The KL3152 analog input terminal handles signals in the range between 4 and 20 mA. The current is digitized to a resolution of 16 bits, and is transmitted, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation device.
The KL3361 analog input terminal makes it possible to perform non-central preliminary processing of analog values. It is designed to measure a voltage in the mV range, such as occurs at a strain gauge full bridge.
The KL5152 Bus Terminal is an interface for connecting two 24 V incremental encoders (24 V HTL). A 16-bit counter with quadrature decoder and a 16-bit latch for the zero pulse can be read, set or activated.
The KL9515 power supply terminal generates an output voltage of 15 V DC from the (24 V DC) input voltage, which can be accessed at the terminal. The following Bus Terminals are also supplied with this voltage via the power contacts.
