The EL6080 EtherCAT memory terminal has 128 kB of non-volatile memory (NOVRAM). The terminal can be used to store and read out parameters and recipes. Part of the memory can also be used for the cyclic storage of machine data such as operating hour meters or production numbers.
The EL6224 IO-Link terminal enables connection of up to four IO-Link devices, e.g. actuators, sensors or combinations of both. A point-to-point connection is used between the terminal and the device.
The EL6601 Ethernet switch port terminal is used for the decentralized connection of Ethernet devices to the EtherCAT Terminal network. The EtherCAT system relays the Ethernet communication of the connected devices fully transparent and collision-free.
The EL6614 Ethernet switch port terminal is used for the decentralized connection of Ethernet devices to the EtherCAT Terminal network. The EtherCAT system relays the Ethernet communication of the connected devices fully transparent and collision-free.
The EL6631-0010 PROFINET RT device (slave) terminal enables simple exchange of data between EtherCAT and PROFINET RT. It is a device in the EtherCAT strand, which can consist of up to 65,535 devices.
the EtherCAT bridge terminal EL6692 enables real-time data exchange between EtherCAT strands with different masters. It also enables synchronization of the distributed clocks of the individual strands.
Cycle times from 200 µs are possible. PROFIBUS DP, PROFIBUS DP-V1, PROFIBUS DP-V2 master and slave up to 12 Mbit/s powerful parameter and diagnostics interfaces The error management for each bus user is freely configurable. It is possible to read the bus configuration and automatically assign the “GSD” files.
The Interbus slave terminal facilitates data exchange between EtherCAT and Interbus. For both bus systems the terminal “mirrors” up to 32 word input and 32 word output to the respective other system.
The EL6851 EtherCAT Terminal is a DMX master terminal and enables connection of up to 32 devices without repeater. The DMX master terminal can send up to 512 bytes of data (this can be set via the terminal). At 250 kbit/s a maximum data rate of 44 kHz is therefore possible. The RS485 interface in the EL6851 is electrically isolated and guarantees high interference immunity.
The EL9210 potential feed terminal with fuse and diagnostics enables the setup of different potential groups with a fused standard voltage of 24 V DC. The supply voltage is taken up via the front terminal contacts, fused and passed through to the adjacent terminals via the internal power contacts. The fuse is a 6.3 A fuse, which can be replaced at the front.
The EL9510 power supply terminal takes the input voltage (24 V DC) and uses it to generate an output voltage of 10 V DC at 0.5 A, which can be tapped at the terminal.
