The EL3162 analog input terminal processes signals in the range between 0 and 10 V. The voltage is digitized to a resolution of 16 bits, and is transmitted, electrically isolated, to the higher-level automation device.
The EL3174-0002 analog input terminal has four individually parameterizable inputs. Signals in the range from -10/0 to +10 V or -20/0/+4 to +20 mA can be processed via each channel. Each channel should be set by the controller to U or I mode via CoE.
The EL3201-0010 is the high-precision version of the EL3201. The EL3201-0010 analog input terminal facilitates the direct connection of a resistance sensor.
The EL3202 analog input terminal facilitates the direct connection of two resistance sensors. The measured resistance value can either be output directly in ohms or transformed into a temperature.
The EL3202-0020 is the factory calibrated version of the EL3202-0010. The EL3202-0020 analog input terminal facilitates the direct connection of two resistance sensors. The measured resistance value can either be output directly in ohms or transformed into a temperature.
The EL3202-0030 is the externally calibrated version of the EL3202-0010. The EL3202-0030 analog input terminal facilitates the direct connection of two resistance sensors. The measured resistance value can either be output directly in ohms or transformed into a temperature.
The EL3255 EtherCAT Terminal enables potentiometers to be connected directly. A stabilized power supply in the terminal and the ratiometric measurement of the input voltage offer the preconditions for precise measurement. On account of its high sampling rate and together with potentiometer position encoders, the compact 5-channel EtherCAT terminal represents an economical position detector.
The EL3312 analog input terminal allows thermocouples to be connected directly. The EtherCAT Terminal's circuit can operate thermocouple sensors using the 2-wire technique. Linearization over the full temperature range is realized with the aid of a microprocessor.
The EL3314 analog input terminal allows four thermocouples to be connected directly. The EtherCAT Terminal circuit can operate thermocouple sensors using the 2-wire technique. A microprocessor handles linearization across the whole temperature range, which is freely selectable. The error LEDs indicate a broken wire. Compensation for the cold junction is made through an internal temperature measurement at the terminal. The EL3314 can also be used for mV measurement.
The EL3314-0090 analog input terminal allows four thermocouples to be connected directly. The EtherCAT Terminal circuit can operate thermocouple sensors using the 2-wire technique. A microprocessor handles linearization across the whole temperature range, which is freely selectable. Compensation for the cold junction is made through an internal temperature measurement at the
The EL3351 analog input terminal permits direct connection of a resistor bridge. The bridge voltage, UD, and the supply voltage, UREF, to the bridge are digitized with a 16 bit resolution, and are transmitted along an electrically isolated channel to the supervising automation system.
The analog EL3356 input terminal enables direct connection of a resistor bridge or load cell in a 4- or 6-wire connection technology. The ratio between the bridge voltage UD and the supply voltage UREF is determined simultaneously in the input circuit and the final load value is calculated as a process value on the basis of the settings in the terminal.
