The BC8150 Compact Bus Terminal Controller with serial RS232 interface extends the Beckhoff small controller series by a cost-optimized version in a compact housing. An open serial protocol – like in the BK8x00 Bus Couplers – and the Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol are implemented. The address and the protocol are selected via the two rotary selection switches.
The BK8100 Bus Coupler usess the physics of the RS232C (V.24) specification for data transmission. Application of the Bus Coupler with a serial interface is suited to those cases in which the use of a fieldbus system can be omitted.
The KL1232 digital input terminal acquires the binary 24 V DC control signals from the process level and transmits them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit.
X20DC2395 This module is a multifunctional counter module. It can be connected to one SSI encoder, one ABR encoder, two AB encoders or four event counters. Two outputs are available for pulse width modulation. The functions can also be mixed.
X20AI2322 The module is equipped with 2 inputs with 12-bit digital converter resolution. It is possible to select between the two current ranges 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA.
The module is equipped with two inputs for 3-wire connections. Both inputs can be configured as event counters. Gate measurement is only ever possible on one channel.
The module is a digital output module that is equipped with 4 SSR outputs with zero cross-over switches and uses 2-line connections. The module is also equipped with integrated full-wave control. The supply (L and N) is fed directly to the module.
